decent stay but not perfect
I appreciated the warm atmosphere in the lobby with holiday decorations. The fireplace provided a cozy touch. The cleanliness of our room added to our comfort.
The location felt slightly isolated.

Great place for families
The indoor pool was a real lifesaver for my boys, kept them busy for hours. Plus, got a nice surprise when the front desk called to check if we were still coming in, felt kinda personal.
Not exactly a bargain, but still reasonable given the circumstances.

Would recommend for a city break
Clean room, friendly staff, well-equipped facilities, with free parking and a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant, where I enjoyed the brilliant lime pancakes with blackberries that were perfectly balanced in flavor.
No negative experiences during my stay.

We had a really nice time at this hotel! The location was perfect for visiting the nearby university and exploring downtown. My kids especially loved the spacious room with its comfortable beds and nice amenities like a coffee maker and fridge.
In my wife’s opinion, a warmer pool would have been perfect for the kids.

We loved visiting the Grand Canyon and exploring nearby hiking trails. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool area looked great after renovations. Just a heads up, there's no breakfast, so maybe grab some snacks before you arrive. Overall, a solid choice!

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds really hit the mark for a good night's sleep. The indoor pool area is inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The inconsistencies in WiFi access proved to be a pain. frequent dropouts made it a hassle to stay connected. Additionally, the balcony of the king suite felt neglected, equipped with an old wire chair on cracked concrete, which definitely didn't enhance the outdoor experience. I also noticed uneven sidewalks around the property, which could be a safety concern, especially at night, as the inadequate lighting made navigating tricky. Not what you want after a long day.

Spacious Room with Great Amenities
Our stay was a mixed bag. The large room offered a nice view from the balcony, but check-in was chaotic. We enjoyed the clean indoor pool after a long day, but be cautious of the noise from the surroundings. Consider bringing your own pillows for comfort.

Great option for families
Had a real nice experience overall with my family. The kids loved slurping hot chocolate in the lobby-it was like a little winter wonderland for them, trust me. There was a solid restaurant right there, super handy when you just don’t wanna leave the premises-especially if the weather's being a pain.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I'm telling you, the stay was still acceptable for what we got.

A cozy corner with a view
The warm hospitality made us feel at home. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views was the highlight of our stay—and the coffee in the morning was delightful!
The air conditioner was quite loud, which disrupted our sleep.
