Our stay was very nice. The hotel employees were freindly and helpful. Although the hotel was under renovation, we were not disturbed by noise or construction personnel. The resturant in front was ok, but nothing special. Enjoyed our selves.
One of the bed lamps did not work.
Easy access from I40 Good Facilites on site, No Frills Motel That had all the requirements for our trip.
Checking in was a breeze with friendly staff. We were impressed that the room had a balcony with a lovely view. Dining and area attractions were just minutes away. We spent little time in the hotel so we did not use the fitness room and swimming pool. Thanks for providing free WiFi (although it did not have a strong signal--it faded out four or five times).
The room had telltale signs of prior guests--dirty ice bucket and a black hair tie on the night stand. The tv was worn out as the picture was clearly distorted. The toilet seat was broken.
Very clean and reasonable, fairly close to grand canyon.Good resturants and what you need.
Very clean/clean smelling room. Privacy. Quiet. Pool looked beautiful.
Outside was not very appealing. Main lounge was also used for storage. King room requested - double queen provided.
The staff was very friendly. The location was good and I didn't hear the train noise which I had at other hotels close to this location. Our room was very clean which was good because if it wasn't we were going to leave since the facility was in such poor condition.
The hotel is under going remodeling, I hope. The facilities could be very stunning but were in poor condition. The beds felt like we were sleeping on a box springs, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The poor area needs updating. Someone had tried to put in rocks, plants, etc. around the pool area but it looked very cheesy, not professionally done.
The room was clean ,the restaurant was reasonable, the staff was helpful.and the rate was great!! Thank you,Frank Tolley
The price could not be beat especially for being new years eve and having an indoor pool.
Everything was terrific! Would stay here again.
We enjoyed the day trips to various fun places. The area was clean and beautiful.
Price. The staff was very friendly.
Outdated room, shower head fell off, crooked toilet, coffee in the lobby was probably the worst I ever had! The wi fi never worked the whole week I stayed there.
Having an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room was nice. They also had several comfortable sitting areas where small groups could gather and relax together. The rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave which was convenient and it was clean and comfortable.
This place is very outdated and neglected. The window in my room (which looked out over an abandoned builiding next door!) was cracked and looked like it had not been cleaned in 5 years.
Went to the Grand Canyon
I didn't like that the room smelled of chemicals, and that the person above us was thumping and stomping around all night, called the front desk around 1am, said that they checked in late and he would call to see if they would quite down. Well needless to say that never happened.
The deck off our room did not appear safe, it was spungy underfoot and had a very poor quality repair job done on it. The furniture in the room was very dated and there was no breakfast included. Having stayed at similar accommodation while travelling through America, this was overpriced for what it was.
The staff couldn't find a corkscrew for me
